What is the Reporting Service ?
It`s a free service that allows artists to know that their song has been played by one of the reporting dj`s to the board

How do I get to be a part of this ?
It`s very simple. If you are a first time visiting artist you just reply to any of the playlists containing your song. This will automatically put you on the mailing list for airplay reports.

What do I have to do to keep getting reports ?
Now here`s the tricky part, because something is required of you. You need to reply to the airplay reports by klicking on the provided link in the report. This will take you to the spesific playlist containing your song that has been played. You enter your message and submit it to the board.

What happens if I dont reply ?
There could be numerous of reasons for not replying for a shorter period of time. You could be on a tour, you could be on holiday, or simply out of town.
You will still get your reports for a week or so. Then you will be notified by a "warning" that says your status is set to "Pending to stop".. After that you will still get your reports for a few days, and if still, after that period of time you have failed to reply to reports, they will stop.

How do I get back on track ?
It`s simple. Just reply to any playlist containing your music and you`re back on track.

Why bother posting replies at all...what`s the point?
There is a chain of occurrences that leads to the fact that your music is being played. Besides the fact that you have to distribute it, you need someone to send it to who also need to accept your material. The Dj. The dj will spend time listening to your music, then eventually, if they like it, they will have to add it to their library, and then make a decision to play it.
So you see, you may never take for granted that your music will be played. That`s why the dj deserves your thanks playing your music
