NORWEGIAN QUEEN OF COUNTRY MUSIC, HEIDI HAUGE ENDS HER CAREER
Norwegian Country Music artist Heidi Hauge drops out of her career after 13 years on stage " I never ever really felt comfortable on stage and for the last few years I have had this fawning feeling of being there against my own will", she says in an informal interview with Newsflash. But as a proffesional she never lets it show and gives her best when on stage.
In the early days she was playing at small weddings, party`s, pubs and restaurants with her former husband Bjørn Arild. Back then she says, it was ok and a lot of fun. But after being discovered by Showtime Records it all became a rollercoaster she really did`nt wanna ride.
Now she has settled down with her new boyfriend at a lovely spot near a lake in Telemark, close to the city of Skien, where she`d awaitng her grandchild number one....yeah...she`s gonna be a grandma, and by the looks of it, she`s looking forward to it
What`s next Heidi ?
She gives us that charming smile and tells us that she really would love to work with children at a daycare center."I have always loved children" she says, as her dog Rocky gives us quite a lot of attention just to let us know that he`s there as well.
We wonder when and how she`s gonna drop out and she tells us that the only thing that`s certain is that she has set a date. First of January 2009 I`m all done, she says. No more gigs.
