After downloading and installing, open Paltalk and click on " Browse all rooms".
Then type the words "worldwide" in the search field.
Worldwide Independent Country Radio should then appear at the top of the roomlist.
Then just couble click on the room name and voila...you`re in.
OPTIONAL http://wakeup.to/wicr and by clicking On Air button hear it thru shoutcast, or click Enter button and come into room without downloading full Paltalk program (they have to download ActiveX)
